How to book:
Booking is easy! Simply fill out the form and click send! Ensure you're ready to screen before sending the form. I'll get back to you within 48 hours, unless otherwise stated
For my safety, I screen using either a photo of your ID/work ID or a reference from another provider you’ve seen before. If providing a reference please include their social handle or website URL. Your information is never saved; only used to vet. Send your screening information to my email address
How to screen:
Deposits are nonrefundable
I try to stay flexible, but both of our times are valuable. When rescheduling or canceling our appointment please reach out 48 hours in advance.
Repeated cancellations
will result in a ban.
